Rain and a catastrophe

Yearly we got 800 milimeters of rain. This is another 50 milimeters.
Rainfall in the Netherlands is always better than the "showers" in India, Bombay or those with golfball size hailstones in Auxerre, France.
The world has to deal with it. If it's a result of the climate change due to human pollution, it won't be changed because humans can't stop this catastrophy. Humans don't critize themselves, they always blame another. They always look for scapegoats.
