As the bird flu type H5N1 has reached Turkey. Measures are taken to prevent spreading the flu. Keep the birds inside, travelers must prevent contact with wild bird life. LOL, if it spreads from rural areas too more populated Europe then it's a disaster. So from my point of view this risk analysis is weak. To say it mildly.
