De Grote Markt

In the city where I studied is a webcam overseeing the square just before the Martini Churchtower (>100 meter) in the city of Groningen, the Netherlands. If you watch it you see the different architectural styles. The uppereast side and left northside were completely destroyed in april 1945 when Canadians freed Groningen and Germans heavily restisted.
The southside is the only side (right on the frames) what left of the beautiful Grote Markt (main square).

It's raining and cold outside. Wonder how many people will do the time trial tomorrow if the same weather continuous.

And now I'll have a cup of coffee.
